Futures in Finance & Accounting

Service Intake Form
Clients begin by submitting a simple service intake form, sharing details about their tax situation, any documents they have, and questions they may need clarification on. This helps us understand the scope of the request and prepare for the next step in the process.
Tax Preparation
Once we’ve gathered all the information, our tax professionals will prepare your return with meticulous attention to accuracy and compliance. All documents are reviewed by our internal accounting team to ensure correctness, and we’ll notify you once the return is ready for your review.
Phone Consultation
Next, you’ll have a phone consultation with one of our licensed CPAs. During this call, we’ll discuss your tax situation, provide general guidance, and gather the details needed to determine which forms and filings apply to you. This step helps us ensure your filing is handled accurately and efficiently from the start.
Review & Submission
Before anything is finalized, you’ll have the opportunity to review your completed tax return in full. This is your chance to confirm that all the information is accurate and nothing is missing. Once you give your approval, we’ll move forward with official submission — and you’re all set.
Complex Tax & ITIN Preparation
From your first inquiry to final submission, our step-by-step process ensures clarity, accuracy, and peace of mind. Whether you're filing complex taxes or applying for an ITIN, we handle every detail so you don’t have to.
"Denise is beyond incredible. Hands-down one of the most talented operational management and finance professionals I've ever worked with in my life, and I'm still amazed at how much she was able to fix in such a short time. She has an insane ability to untangle complicated processes and make them actually...work. Her communication with our partners was phenomenal, she made everything run smoother without anyone feeling overwhelmed. She even extended her time to make sure we had everything in place perfectly, which I'm seriously grateful for. There's no way she hasn't worked for McKinsey or Goldman Sachs... If you're considering hiring someone else, don't. Denise really knows what she's doing and she's so worth it, I can't stress that enough. I'm already begging her to be our COO when we scale!"
"Amazing to work with! Handles everything very punctually and knows what she is doing."
Initial Consultation
We begin by getting to know you, your business, and your goals. In this initial consultation, we listen closely to your needs, challenges, and expectations to determine how we can help. This is where we gather essential background, assess alignment, and start building the foundation for a customized plan.
Strategic Execution Plan
Once we’ve identified the problem areas and opportunities, we deliver a comprehensive Strategic Execution Plan. This blueprint outlines every phase of the engagement — broken down into actionable milestones, timelines, and responsibilities. You’ll know exactly what’s being done, when it’s being done, and why. This plan also serves as the basis for your service agreement.
Operational/Financial Diagnostics
Next, we conduct a remote, in-depth review of your company’s day-to-day operations. This allows us to observe your workflows, identify inefficiencies, and uncover red flags that may be holding your business back. We look at how tasks are executed, where bottlenecks occur, and what’s missing — all without disrupting your daily activity.
Team Deployment
After the plan is finalized and approved, we assign a dedicated team of highly trained professionals tailored to your unique needs. This team will be with you for the full duration of the engagement. You'll always be kept in the loop with clear communication and visibility into progress. And if for any reason you're not fully satisfied with a team member, you can request a replacement at any time — no questions asked.

Outsourced Operations Services for Illinois Logistics Company
A mid-sized logistics company based in Illinois was facing operational inefficiencies due to rapid growth and outdated internal systems. They lacked the bandwidth to scale their internal ops team and were experiencing delays in dispatch coordination and vendor management.
We stepped in to provide a fully outsourced operations management solution, including SOP development, process automation, and dedicated back-office support. Within 90 days, the company reduced overhead costs by 23% and improved their fulfillment turnaround time by over 40%.
EIN Acquisition For Construction Company
A newly-formed construction company needed to secure its Employer Identification Number (EIN) quickly to begin hiring subcontractors and submitting bids. The business owner, unfamiliar with U.S. registration requirements, faced delays and confusion navigating federal documentation.
We handled the EIN acquisition process end-to-end, ensuring proper entity structuring and document filing. The EIN was obtained within 14 days, allowing the company to onboard labor teams and begin project work without interruption.
Delaware Annual Tax Penalty Forgiveness
A remote-based SaaS company incorporated in Delaware overlooked its annual franchise tax filing, resulting in penalties exceeding $1,200 and a “Not in Good Standing” status with the state.
We reviewed their filings, identified qualifying criteria for tax penalty relief, and submitted formal requests with supporting documentation. Within three weeks, the penalties were fully waived, and the company’s Good Standing status was reinstated—crucial for upcoming fundraising rounds.
Business & Financial Planning For Event Management Company
An event management firm specializing in corporate retreats sought to restructure its financial approach after experiencing cash flow issues during seasonal downturns. Despite consistent bookings, poor forecasting and lack of financial discipline threatened their long-term sustainability.
We conducted a full financial audit, introduced forecasting tools, and created a modular budget framework tailored to fluctuating seasonal income. Additionally, we provided strategic planning services to help expand into virtual events. As a result, the company increased profit margins by 18% and now maintains a 6-month cash reserve.
